To register an Account and use the kp777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are registering as a natural person in your own name. Corporate registrations, registrations using another person's identity, and registrations using fictitious identities are strictly prohibited.
• You do not already hold an existing kp777 Account. Each individual may hold only one Account on the kp777 platform at any time. If you hold more than one Account, kp777 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances in excess of the primary Account.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or operating as an agent, affiliate or reseller in connection with any gaming activity on the kp777 platform, except where kp777 has entered into a formal written agreement with you to that effect.
• Online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the kp777 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kp777 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all locations.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use the kp777 platform, you must register an Account by providing your valid Bangladesh mobile number and creating a secure password. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete and current at all times.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for the security of your kp777 Account credentials. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any third party, including individuals claiming to be kp777 staff or support agents.
• Notify kp777 support immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised transactions have occurred, or that your Account has been accessed by a third party.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Each Account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered Account holder.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services. kp777 recommends using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

Account Verification (KYC)

kp777 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a Player's cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or when kp777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Players must provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified. kp777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gameplay until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

kp777 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following mobile wallet payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing conditions are displayed in the kp777 cashier at the time of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. kp777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources or from accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• kp777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is identified as originating from a fraudulent source, a misused payment account, or a payment account that does not belong to the Account holder. In such cases, the corresponding funds will be removed from the Player's Balance.
• kp777 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kp777's control.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players who have completed all applicable KYC requirements and who have satisfied any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Withdrawals are paid to the same Bangladesh mobile wallet account used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider availability.

• kp777 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance or where additional verification is required.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the kp777 cashier at the time of request. kp777 may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• kp777 reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are conducted, the Player will be notified and the withdrawal will be placed on hold until the checks are completed satisfactorily.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money Balance that has cleared all wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

kp777 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including a welcome bonus for new Account registrations and periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral incentives for existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or withdrawn within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.
• kp777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will continue to be governed by the terms applicable at the time of its award.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside the wagering process, or shared with other Players.
• kp777 reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the bonus system, engaging in bonus exploitation strategies, or otherwise acting in bad faith in relation to a promotion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kp777 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and may be subject to permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Balance:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the kp777 platform, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any automated mechanism to interact with kp777 games or betting markets in a manner that gives an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents the normal operation of the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including coordinating betting strategies to exploit game mechanics, sharing account access, or conspiring to defraud kp777 or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal financial source. kp777 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases where financial crime is suspected.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or malfunctions in kp777 games or the platform infrastructure. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will be removed from the Player's Balance without compensation.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
